Sushi Bar Shyun always strive to present quality authentic Japanese food to our guest.
Since beginning our journey in 2004, 'Shyun' meaning 'in season' is a name we live by, striving to prepare all dishes with local and fresh ingredients.

Along with local ingredients, we often carry fresh fish from Japan in limited quantities depending on the time of year.
If you are feeling adventurous and wanting to try something new, please give them a try!
We do not carry a lot of commercial sauces including the famous ‘Sriracha’ as all of our sauces are homemade and prepared here.
We hope that your time here at Shyun is enjoyable and that you can experience something new along the way.
